Project Description:  Construction management and inspection services for a rockfall mitigation improvement project that included slope scaling and cutting, tree removal, installation of an anchored rock fall protection netting wire mesh system, and hydro mulching.  Project area was approximately a quarter-mile long, between mile posts 11.05 and 11.31, along the slope of Hana Highway, just east of Puohakomoa Bridge.
