Project Name:  Manele Boat Harbor Ferry, Lanai, Hawai'i

Project Owner:  State of Hawai'i, Department of Land and Natural Resources

Project Location:  Lanai, Hawai'i

Project Description:  Construction management services for Manele small boat harbor improvements. Improvements included the construction of new comfort station, administration building, storage, and ferry boarding station. Site improvements included several new parking structures to accommodate approximately 100 passenger vehicles and boat/trailer parking. Infrastructure improvements included new potable water lines, electrical power, a new sewage lift station, fire suppression system, and new concrete roadways. The existing comfort station will also be upgraded to fulfill ADA requirements.
