Project Name:  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Tenant Improvements

Project Location:  Honolulu, Hawai'i

Project Description:  Architectural/Engineering design and construction management services for the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Coral Reef Ecosystem Reserve and the Hawaiian Islands Whale National Marine Sanctuary divisions. The scope of work included combining programming requirements to develop a functional and cost effective office layout within the existing two story facility.

Our extensive experience and working knowledge of the various agency requirements allowed the Bowers + Kubota team to streamline the programming and design process between the two distinct office functions, resulting in the timely completion of the project.
