Project Description:  Construction inspection services for the construction of a replacement bridge, paralleling the existing one. The new bridge is located along the Hawai’i Belt Road on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island, and is a challenging construction project due to the curved span of the replacement bridge, the environmental concerns associated with working over a flowing stream, and the need for maintaining traffic over the existing critical travelway.
